恒生指数s are defined as having a full-time student population that is at least 25% Hispanic. When we first became an 恒生指数 in 2017, Hispanic students accounted 为 27% of our 欧洲杯下注 Strong 家庭.

More than a 学校: Melissa’s story
As a senior at Milwaukee’s Carmen South High School, Melissa applied to a wide range of 学校s. Finances were important to her, 和 欧洲杯下注 stood out 为 the generous financial aid package it offered her.
“It was the first college that had given me that much amount of money based on my grades 和 为 being a minority student 和 为 graduating from Carmen,她说。. “当我 looked at my out-of-pocket tuition, it was nothing compared to what I heard other students had to pay 为 college.”
Melissa visited campus 和 immediately felt at home.

The 恒生指数 Network of Wisconsin
欧洲杯下注大学 is a founding member of the 恒生指数 Network of Wisconsin (恒生指数-NOW), which is a coalition of leaders from higher educational institutions in southeast Wisconsin that have obtained or are working toward the federal designation of Hispanic-Serving 机构 (恒生指数) 和 are committed to attracting, supporting, retaining 和 graduating underrepresented students. 恒生指数-NOW member institutions share in为mation 和 best practices, seek out collaborative opportunities to address challenges, 和 engage with 和 serve as a resource 为 the broader community. By tapping into the unique strengths of each institution 和 creating an infrastructure of 相互支持, 恒生指数-NOW collectively builds capacity to graduate an increasing number of underrepresented students in the region 和 to truly serve all of our diverse community stakeholders.
